Conditional Use Permit No. 11-03 (SunPower Henrietta Solar Project)

Description

CUP No. 11-03 permits the construction of a 136 Megawatt solar photovoltaic energy facility. Addendum No. 1 to CUP No. 11-03 eliminates Mitigation Measure AQ-6 since updated emission estimates show that the potential impacts related to nitrogen oxcides (NOx) are below San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District's regional thresholds of significance and Addendum No. 1 to CUP No. 11-03 adds additional detail concerning the off-site Pacific Gas and Electric Company's switching station facility. The revised Project will remain consistent with the approved CUP and will continue to be subject to the same Conditions of Approval and Mitigation Measures as previously approved by the County Planning Commission, except for the elimination of Mitigation Measure AQ-6 and the addition of Planning Division Condition Numbers 33 and 34 modified by Addendum No. 1.
