Note: Revised The project applicant is proposing a new septic system for the vacant lot she owns at #2 Calle del Embarcadero. The project applicant has applied for a variance for an alternative treatment system of wastewater disposal. The alternative wastewater system design includes a 1,500 gallon septic tank, 810 gallon sump tank, dual raised bed leach fields, recirculation textile filter and ultraviolet disinfection unit, designed for 150 gallons of wastewater per day.
