East Cliff Drive Pedestrian Improvement Project Phase III

Description

Proposal to complete roadway and roadside improvements within the East Cliff Drive public right-of-way between 5th and 7th Avenue to include parking and circulation improvements (vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian) and a bluff protection structure on the south side of the right-of-way. The project includes the removal of two significant trees, a 20- 24 inch Monterey Cypress tree and a 24 inch Canary island Date Palm.
