Note: Reference SCH # 2004031076 The proposed project would involve the construction of replacement facilities to replace the existing sludge dewatering system and associated odor control ventilation system in Plant 2. Additional improvements would also include a new power distribution center, electrical and process control systems, and the utilities in support of the proposed replacement facilities. The proposed project would require the demolition of existing Plant 2 facilities but would not expand the capacity of the existing wastewater treatment facility and would be constructed entirely within the existing Plant 2 property.
