Description

Request by Michael & Lynne Wolcott for a Variance, Minor Use Permit and Coastal Development Permit to allow development on slopes in excess of 30%, including construction of a new 1,195 s.f. two story single family residence with attached garage and elevated driveway for cars to enter straight into the proposed garage off of Madison Street. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 1,320 s.f. of a 2,997 s.f. parcel. The project also includes retaining walls which will stabilize the property along the north-eastern lot line (formerly Madison St. right of way).
