Forestville Water District Young Tank Replacement

Description

The proposed project would replace the existing deteriorating 100,000 gallon redwood tank with a new approximately 200,000 gallon steel tank within the existing District parcel. The new tank footprint would shift to the south approximately 20 feet. The existing tank is 30 feet in diameter and 23 feet tall. The proposed tank would be approximately 42 feet in diameter and approximately 25 feet tall. The tank will be place on a concrete perimeter foundation. The project may include offsite piping reconfiguration at the intersection of Covey Road and Anderson Road to improve tank turnover.
