Minor Use Permit/Coastal Development Permit to construct a new two-story 2,897 s.f. single family residence with an attached 419 s.f. garage on slopes greater than twenty percent. The project will result in the disturbance of the entire 4,476 s.f. parcel, as well as approximately 7,600 s.f. associated with off-site improvements to Richard Avenue (to meet County standards), for approximately 12,000 s.f. of disturbance. The project is located on the west side of Richard Avenue at 2672 Richard Ave., approximately 500 feet east of Obispo Avenue.
