Napa Countywide Bicycle Plan Update

Description

The project is limited to: 1) installing and attaching a pre-fabricated approximately 5-foot long, 8-foot wide and 7-foot tall reinforced concrete box culvert to the south side of an existing stone box culvert. The reinforced box culvert will be attached to the existing stone culvert using grout. 2) Installing a pre-manufactured concrete block wall along the roadway directly above the culvert extension. 3) Placing angular stone rock over approximately 200 square feet of stream channel at the culvert outlet. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0155-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Napa County Department of Public Works, as represented by Anthony Morales.
