The Rosemead Boulevard Safety Enhancement and Beautification Project would improve the safety, circulation, and appearance of Rosemead Boulevard between the north and south city limits. Project elements include changes to some turning movements patterns, approach lanes and signal controls; new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, medians, landscaping, and streetscape, and new/improved bicycle, transit and pedestrian facilities.
