Description: The California Department of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. The Lindsay-Strathmore Irrigation District proposes to extend an existing pipeline to the City of Lindsay and replace the existing water distribution system in the El Rancho service area. The pipeline to be constructed is less than one mile in length of its longest section.
