Title: City of Avalon General Plan / Local Coastal Plan Update
Description: The proposed project is an update of the City of Avalon 2030 General Plan/Local Coastal Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "2030 GP/LCP" or simply "GP/LCP"). The 2030 GP/LCP, which updates the 1978 General Plan, establishes the community's vision for the development of Avalon through the year 2030 and will serve as the fundamental land use policy document for the City. The land use map will also be updated.
