Note: Response to Comments The project proposes construction of four radio transmitting towers and an equipment building, removing existing site structure and site preparation. The four towers are to be located in the approximate center of the project site equally spaced from each other. The proposed equipment building will be located between towers 3 and 4. Each of four proposed towers will be located within the perimeter security fencing, consists of 10-foot-high Concrete masonry Unit walls.
