Description

A request by Lance Silver (Tobin James Winery) for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a conversion of an existing 9,000 square foot (sf) agricultural building into a wine case goods storage building and to construct an attached 9,000 sf addition that would also be used for the storage of wine case goods. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 13,939 sf (0.32 acres) on a 40.66 acre parcel. Tobin James has an existing winery and tasting room that is operating under a previously approved land use permit.
