Description: The Trinity Center Mutual Water Company (TCMWC) proposes to upgrade its water treatment plant facility located in trinity Center, California. TCMWC is proposing to construct a new water treatment building that would house a new direct filtration system; construct a new water diversion structure; install a new raw water pump station; replace the chlorine feed system; provide a backup power system; install water meters; construct a new 429,000-gallon water storage tank; and upgrade the existing electrical and instrumentation to allow for incorporation of the new equipment into the system.
