Title: San Jose Water Company Phase II Recycled Water Project
Description: CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0285-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, San Jose Water Company. The project includes horizontal directional drilling to place a recycled water pipeline under Upper Penitencia Creek. The pipe will be 30-inch diameter HDPE with a total length of 280 feet. There will be 40 feet of the pipeline located directly under the Penitencia Creek channel at a minimum depth of 10 feet below the creek bed.
