Description: The project consists of a nine lot subdivision of a 2.96 acre vacant parcel, currently located within the County of Santa Barbara's jurisdiction. As part of the project, the site would be annexed to the City of Santa Barbara. No development of the individual lots is currently proposed, but infrastructure serving all of the lots is part of the project.
