Humphrey Comprehensive Health Center at the southeast corner of Main Street and Slauson Avenue in the City of Los Angeles (Los Angeles County), California. The proposed project would include: reconfiguration of existing clinic space to expand the Urgent Care clinic; and, construction of a parking deck or structure with ramp.
