Description

Request by Alexander Vujacic and Goran Bjekovis for a Minor Use permit to allow the construction of a 2,250 square foot (sf) wine processing facility that will include: 750 sf wine processing building to include a 600 sf outside covered area for equipment and a 900 sf barrel storage building. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 4,250 square feet of disturbance for the building pads and improvements to part of the access driveway. Annual wine production will be less than 2,500 cases.
