Recycled Water Program, Phase 2A

Description

Phase 2A will provide approximately 511 acre-feet per year of recycled water from the Saugus Water Reclamation Plant and route it through a new pump station, existing pipeline that would connect with new transmission (18,000 linear feet) and distribution pipelines (17,000 linear feet) along Valencia Boulevard, Newhall Ranch Road, and through the Rio Vista Water Treatment Plant (RVTP) site to Central Park and the existing Honby pump station. A new 1.75-million-gallon reservoir would be placed on the Rio Vista Water Treatment Plant site.
