Description
This is a General Plan/Local Coastal Program/ Zoning Code Amendment that would require properties proposed for development along Palm Avenue/SR 75 to have at least 60% active commercial uses on the ground floor, require exclusively residential developments in the C/MU-1 (General Commercial/Mixed Use) and C/MU-2 (Seacoast Commercial/Mixed Use) zoning districts to observe the development standards of the R-1500 (High Density Residential) Zoning district and that a height increase through a CUP would not be allowed, changed the 60% active commercial use requirement from a sq. footage basis to a lineal footage basis, and correct an omission of the Commercial/.Recreation-Ecotourism (C/R-ET) Zone (IMB-MAJ-1-12) in Table L-2 of the Land Use Element.
