Description

Request by Wallace Brohaugh for a Minor Use Permit to allow the conversion of an existing 2,000 s.f. barn into a winery with a 500 s.f. public tasting room. The proposed project includes a request for a 6 special events per year, with no more than 80 attendees in addition in wine industry events. The project will result in approximately 3,600 s.f. of site disturbance for the primary access and delivery access on a ~130 acre site.
