Sandoval Minor Use Permit

Description

Request by General Sandoval for a Minor Use Permit to allow for grading, drainage and a septic plan for a driveway and a 13, 232 square foot single family residence including a garage and patio. Minor Use Permit approval includes: 1) Modification of a 25-foot height limitation to allow a residence with a height of 28 feet in a highway corridor area; 2) Grading and development outside of the building envelope established for Tract 1516; and 3) Grading in excess of 1 acre. The proposed project will result in the disturbance of 1.87 acres of an 11.47 acre parcel. The project is within the Residential Rural land use category and is located at 1212 Ramal Lane northeast of the community of Nipomo. The project is located in the South County Inland planning areas.
