Description: This project is a Tentative Subdivision Map to divide 241.2 acres into six lots for rural residential and agricultural use. The Planned Development Permit accompanying this application requests modification of the minimum parcel size through density transfer to allow for clustering of the residential parcels to avoid environmental impacts and to provide for the use "T" turnarounds in lieu of circular turnarounds.
