Microwave Telecommunications

Description

The proposed project will establish a microwave network for voice and data communication between District facilities and provide a link to the county-wide emergency communication system. The District will install microwave dishes, sized three to six feet in diameter, at eight District facilities, four in the county-wide system, and two repeater sites. The microwave dishes would be attached to the roofs of buildings or existing communication towers. New communication equipment would be installed within existing structures at each facility.
