Title: City of Calistoga 2009 Housing Element Update
Description: The City of Calistoga proposes to update the Housing Element of its General Plan, which was last updated in 2003. The proposed update - required under state Housing Element law - implements the City's Regional Housing Needs Allocation as determined by the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) for the 2007 - 2014 housing period. The City's identified housing need for this seven year period is 94 units. No development is proposed as part of this project.
