Title: Adoption of Housing Element for 2007-2014 (PLN 2009-1328/GPA 2009-0025)
Description: This project is to update the Housing Element of the City of Atascadero's General Plan as required by Government Code Section 65580-65589.8. Along with the Land Use Element, the Housing Element provides policy guidance for decision making related to housing. The Housing Element is a comprehensive statement by the City of Atascadero describing the housing needs of the City and how City policies, programs, plans and regulations facilitate the development, improvement, and preservation of housing for all economic segments of the community.
