- CDFW is issuing an Agreement pertaining to three encroachments: a) extraction of up to 20,000 cubic-yards of gravel per year from the dry bar known as the McKenzie Bar, b) installation of a temporary culvert crossing on Cable Creek and 3) diversion of up to 8,000 gallons of water per day (gpd) from the Middle Fork Eel River at a maximum rate of 100 gallons per minute.
