Description: Shell Oil proposes to replace an aging refined products pipeline under Coyote Creek. The new pipeline would be installed using the horizontal directional drilling method under Coyote Creek to avoid impacts to the Creek. The pipeline would be completed using open cut trenching on industrial properties on either side of the Creek.
