Description: The applicant proposes to develop an equestrian show park and event center with supporting ancillary uses, for up to 50 events per year. Typical schedules will run Thursday through Sunday of any given week, through participants may arrive on Tuesday and practices may begin on Wednesday. Hours of operation for events will be 7 AM to 11 PM. Daily attendance is anticipated to average between 500 and 2,000 persons per day during a typical 4-day event, with an anticipated maximum attendance of 4,000 over the 4-day period. The event center will be geared mainly toward equestrian events but a variety of other events and shows may take place. The facility will accommodate up to approximately 600 horses. The facility will include 1,283 parking stalls.
