Description

Request by Laura Lamping and Verizon Wireless for a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction and operation of an unmanned wireless communications facility consisting of: a) nine (9) panel antennas and one (1) microwave dish mounted within a new 50-foot high faux water tank; b) prefabricated equipment cabinets and a diesel generator within a 583-sf fenced enclosure; and c) associated utility trenching. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 2,500sf on a 10-acre parcel. The proposed project is within the Residential Rural land use category.
