A Tentative Subdivision Map to divide 159 +/- acres of partially developed, Industrial designated and zoned land into 16 lots. The 16 proposed lots will range in size from 1.19+/- acres. Five fo the resulting lots will consist of less than 5-acres each, six of the lots will be between 5 to 10-acres in size, and five of the lots will be larger than 10-acres in size.
