Description: The California Department of Public Health is a responsible agency for this project. The Juniper Riviera County Water District has proposed to operate one new water supply and fire-flow protection for the residents within the water district. Well 3 will be designated as a standby source which limits its use to short-term emergencies of five consectutive days or less, and for a total of fifteen calendar days per year. The pump capacity for the well is 130 gpm.
