Description: The Golden State Water Company-Ojai proposes to remove the existing 50,000 gallon forebay at the San Antonio Treatment Plant. A new 0.5 million gallon reservoir will be built at the same location, to provide adequate storage for peak day demand and fire flow. Once the project is approved, the California Department of Public Health will issue a permit to operate the new storage facility.
