Description

The project is a Major Use Permit to authorize the use of an existing outdoor arena as a participant based equestrian event facility. The use area encompasses 4.3 acres of the 25.5 acre parcel and includes the arena, parking area and driveway access to Magnolia Avenue. Maximum capacity is 150 persons. The use would primarily occur on the weekends.
