Description

A Special Permit to reduce the Streamside Management area to allow for construction of a single family residence. The residence will be 75 ft from Freshwater Creek. Typically a 100 ft setback is required. The ~3 acre parcel is currently vacant. The applicant proposes an ~1,300 sf, two story residence with an ~480 sf attached garage. An on site sewage disposal system will be developed. The system will conform to the 100 ft setback. Minimal grading is required. No trees are proposed to be removed. Water is provided by Humboldt County Services District.
