Description: To construct the Zone 1 water storage tank, booster pump station, access road, tank pipeline, and booster station pipeline. The water tank, booster pump station, access road, and portions of the pipelines will be located on NTPUD's property at 2490 Northshore Boulevard (APN 111-010-014). Portions of the pipelines will be located in the Placer County right of way within Stewart Way and Canterbury Drive.
