Title: Groundwater Remediation Project, North Valley Plaza Cleaner Site
Description: Pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, California Health and Safety Code (H&SC), the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is proposing to approve a draft Remedial Action Plan (RAP) that is in response to the California DTSC Imminent or Substantial Endangerment Determination and Remedial Action Order (I&SED/RAO) No. I&SE 97/98-010 (Order) and in accordance with the DTSC Policy and Procedure number EO-95-007-PP, RAP Policy. The draft RAP requires the responsible party group (RPG) to engage in actions that will remediate the impacted groundwater beneath the property and down-gradient from the property.
