Description

The subject property consists of five parcels of land encompassing approximately 12.05 acres, more or less. The properties are contiguous to each other and to the Blue Lake Rancheria tust lands. * Parcel 312-111-003: Currently located in the subject parcel are two houses, a small trailer, two barns, several smaller storage sheds, and two pastures. The Tribe wishes to use this land for tribal member and/or rental housing to non-members. Possible future use may include light industrial and expanded access to reservation by road construction. * Parcel 312-111-004: The subject parcel has one house and a barn located on it. The Tribe wishes to use this land for tribal member and/or rental housing to non-members. Possible future use may include light industrial and expanded access to reservation by road construction. * Parcel 312-111-006: The subject parcel has one single farm house, a barn and a two car garage. The Tribe wishes to use this land for tribal member and/or rental housing to non-members. Possible future use may include light industrial and expanded access to reservation by road construction. * Parcel 312-111-007: The parcel is vacant and ndeveloped land with the exception of a Blue Lake rancheria sign approximately fifteen feet wide and sixe feet tall. No further development or change in land use is proposed. * Parcel 025-121-044: The subject parcel has three low income homes built for tribal members with funds received from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Tribe has no plans to change the land use.
