The Madera County Maintenance District No. 1 - Hidden Lakes Estates proposes to: * Evaluation of a surface treatment unit. * Establishing the location of proposed surface treatment plan and appurtenances. *Establishing alignment and capacityof proposed fill line to existing storage tank. * Preparation of plans and specifications for the construction project * Preparation of environmental documents for the pipeline project * Finding a will ing seller who will give the County access to the area to detrmine area feasibility to construct treatment facilities and appurtenances
