Description: Site acquisition/construction of a K-8 school on ~11.18 acres of undeveloped land in unincorporated El Dorado County. Current plans propose classroom buildings, a multi-purpose building with kitchen, gymnasium, library & administration building, all one to two stories, residential in scale and character, with handicap access ramps to all levels. Softball & soccer fields at adjacent park on north side by joint use agreement with CSD. Signal light & stacking lane to be installed in front of school, 3 drop-offs, at least 165 parking spaces.
