Description
The Permittee proposes to perform work to meet Permittee's mitigation commitment of providing 1600 acre ft of water annually to the Owens Valley as outlined in the 1997 MOU. The projects involve minor work in existing waterways; maintenance; and the drilling of new artesian wells.
