Description

Note: Revised NOP The proposed project consists of adoption and implementation of the Boronda Community Plan. The planning area encompasses approximately 400 acres of unincorporated land in Monterey County that is divided into three subareas: "North Boronda," "Madision Lane subarea," and "South Boronda" subarea. The Community Plan would result in 270 additional dwelling units, 1,078.128 square feet of additional commercial and business park uses, 9 acres of new park, and 49-acres of open space uses.
