Description: The subject property consists of one parcel of land, encompassing approximately 20.00 acres more or less, commonly referred to as the "Boys Club of Palm Springs" property and Assessor's Parcel Number 513-240-022. The parcel is within the exterior boundaries of the Agua Caliente Reservation and is contiguous to trust lands. Currently, there is no specific land use at this time; however, the Tribe is actively managing lands which contain cultural and natural resources unique to the Tribe and within its Traditional Use Area. There are no immediate plans for utilization changes on this parcel. If and when there are plans to change this, the Tribe will proceed with a full environmental assessment and will follow all applicable National Environmental Policy Act Revised Implement Procedures (NEPA Requirements).
