The project is located on Los Gatos Creek in the town of Los Gatos near State Highway 85 and Knowles Drive. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0439-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Melanie Richardson/Santa Clara Valley Water District.
