Title: Moss Landing Wildlife Area Phase 2 Project
Description: The CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, the DFG. The applicant proposes to excavate soil from Ponds 2,3, and 4 by 6-12 inches, creating shallow depressions on the beds of each pond, and removing approximately 0.09 acres of pickleweed to improve flood capacity, enhance vegetation management, and enhance habitat for Western snowy plover.
