NOTE: Response to comments NOTE: Review Per Lead CDFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2010-0024-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: the City of Murrieta, represented by Mr. Jeff Hitch, One Town Square, 24601 Jefferson Avenue, City of Murrieta, State of California, 92562, Phone (951) 461-6076. The Meadowlark Road between Clinton Keith Road and Baxter Road Construction Project involves the acquisition of right-of-way (ROW) and construction of approximately one mile of Meadowlark Road from approximately 100 feet south of Clinton Keith Road to approximately 100 feet north of Baxter Road, in the City or Murrieta, Riverside County. The existing paved portions of Meadowlark will be widened to the east, while existing unpaved portions will be paved and widened both to the east and west. In addition, the project includes the construction of and/or improvements to storm drains, storm water retention facilities, street lights, signage, and road striping, as well as installation of traffic signals and single inter connect conduits.
