Description: Thousand Oaks Boulevard Specific Plan is the proposed land use regulations and development standards, which if adopted, would allow a greater range of mixed-use type projects, including taller structures with reduced building set-backs and lesser parking requirements. Initial preliminary estimates prepared by the Community Development Department indicated that the proposed Specific Plan could potentially generate about 370 dwelling units and approximately 1,100,000 sq. ft. of commercial floor area over and above existing conditions.
