Title: Watt/Elkhorn Subdivision Map, Use Permit, Special Development Permit, Design Review and Affordable Housing Plan
Description: The project proposed to install 3 storm-drain outfall structures along an unnamed tributary to the Natomas East Main Drainage Canal. Fill will be added to ~0.026 acres of ephermal and 0.001 acres of intermittent drainages with 45 cy of native soil. Storm-water quality vegetated swales will be incorporated into the project to mitigate downstream water quality impacts.
