Description: NOTE: Review per Lead This project is a Development Title Text amendment to amend Section 9-605.6 Special User Regulation and modify Table 9-605.2 to conditionally permit with an approved Use Permit the Use Type Truck Sales and Service, Truck Parking in the A-L (Limited Agricultural) zone. The project site would have to be located within one mile of a freeway interchange along I-5 or SR- 99 and be within one-half mile of frontage road. The truck parking would be for agriculturally related uses only. The possible underlying project is to legally establish a trucking company within the A-L (Limited Agriculture) zone that has been operating without the benefit of an approved land use permit. However, no project has been submitted at this time. This Text Amendment is applicable County-wide.
