Description

Request by Daniel Daou for a Minor Use Permit to allow for phased winery project that would include: Phase 1: Construction of a 9,137 sf wine processing facility to include: a tasting room (835 sf), barrel storage room (2,411 sf), case good storage with an outdoor processing area (3,216 sf). Phase 2: Construction of a 3,216 sf addition to the winery facility for a new barrel storage room. The project proposes to convert the existing 2,411 sf barrel storage area into a tank storage area. This project is not proposing any special events.
